MaryAnne brings 25 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment. Her experience ranges from large public Fortune 500 companies to small-mid market privately held consulting firms. She offers a unique blend of both consulting and corporate recruitment expertise as demonstrated through endeavors where she successfully restructured and optimized several recruitment departments throughout her career. Prior to joining TMSS, she served the Director of Talent Acquisition for a Fortune 500 company, MaryAnne optimized the recruitment function taking the talent acquisition department from a rating of 1 (on a scale of 1-5) to a 4 on the recruitment maturity model spectrum according to the most recent CEB (now Gartner) assessment. She accomplished this in just 4 years. Under her leadership was a team of 18 recruiters, 2 managers and 2 coordinators, spanning North America. Her team hired over 1700 people in 2017, with positions ranging from corporate back office and sales to very complex technical requisitions for a $500M services division. Through her team’s adoption of a well-honed recruitment process and an effective Vendor Management program, she decreased the dependency on staffing agency hires by 50% from 500k down to $250k. MaryAnne believes the secret to building successful high-performance teams is to hire great people, train them well and then provide the proper care and encouragement to help them grow. Attracting and retaining top talent is key to the growth of any company. Today, she is serves as the VP of Talent Acquisition where she is focusing her passion for recruitment and building our Recruitment Center of Excellence. MaryAnne earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources and is Certified in Behavioral Interviewing.
